Simply call the Spectrum Accessibility phone number given in an earlier 
post. The rep will set up an appointment to have a tech come to your home. 
The tech will set up the laptop for you, and hopefully give you some 
training to get you started.

I have a friend who lives locally in the L. A. area who received the laptop.

He admitted that all he uses it for is to turn on and off the SAP channel.
Seems like overkill for one simple function, but after all, he got a free HP
laptop. He is very happy with it.

It depends on where you live what you will get in terms of accessability.
Some places already have a box, and other places have this laptop with NVDA
that they hook up to your stuff.  I think they are working on having boxes
everywhere, but it hasn't happened, yet.  Pam.Pam.

Ear list,

Does anyone here use Time Warner/ Spectrum tv service? My family is
switching to them soon and wondering what others have experienced in terms
of accessibility. I know there is Narrator, but not sure how that works. We
are switching from Frontier which has been horrible in terms of service.
