Gary, Elizabeth, and everyone, I can answer a few questions in this message.
There's other sizes of this model samsung tv. In fact when we went to
purchase our tv the salesman thought we wanted a larger one, but all we
wanted was the 32 inch, as so did Mike that told us here on the list about
the tv. What I don't know is what the other sizes of this tv which would be
interesting to know since the voice guide would be in all the sizes of this
model. Hopefully I'm not wrong about that.
To find out, I'll either call my best buy or call samsung to find out. I'll
see what I can find out. While at times the some of the sales associates may
not know of what we're talking about, there's some that do, so I encourage
anyone interested in this samsung tv to call their local store whether it be
best buy, target or any other stores and ask about it, or if possible go to
the store. Also calling samsung is a possibility to find out more. I had a
pretty good experience when i called about inquiring about some different
phones. I need to go over the setting but if you look through the menue
you'll find descriptive video. I'll go through the menue and find out
exactly how to get there and I'll post those instructions. We did get to
watch some shows described shows from the major networks but that was over
the air tv.
