You refer to JAWS key. Is that true of a standard keyboard and what key would be considered the JAWS key as nothing on the computer says that.

If you have JAWS, you can do OCR on the document. 
That message means it is an image, not text.  Hit 
jaws key plus spacebar, then o for ocr, then d for document.
