[Electronics-Talk] Cleaning an old Victor Stream

Hi,
I'm curious about this, too. I have several old first-generation Victors lying around my computer lab at work, and, with time, the plastic covers have all gotten that sticky, tacky feel. Like Tracy says, a damp cloth or sponge may clean off any dust or dirt, but the plastic remains tacky. I may try using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer but I have my doubts about whether that will work either. It may just be the nature of the beast.
