You could use rubbing alcohol, or a cleaner like Formula 409 or windex, but not much. I would put it on a cloth  first, then rub the keypad. You will probably loose the printed stuff on the keys etc., but it is probably wearing off anyway.

Just be careful with moisture on the keypad. If it gets inside, Humanware may not repair, and if under warranty, can cause problems.

unfortunately, when rubbery stuff gets sticky, I don't know that there is anything that can be done about it.  It is more than likely, the rubber product deteriorating.  Most rubber is some kind of plastic now, anyway, and plastic can also deteriorate.  Pam.

Does anyone know how to clean around the keypad on a Victor Stream?  I have an old one I haven't used for a while, and the rubber around the keypad has gotten very sticky.  Careful use of a damp sponge did not do the trick.
