unfortunately, when rubbery stuff gets sticky, I don't know that there is
anything that can be done about it. It is more than likely, the rubber
product deteriorating. Most rubber is some kind of plastic now, anyway, and
plastic can also deteriorate. Pam.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Cleaning an old Victor Stream

Does anyone know how to clean around the keypad on a Victor Stream? I have
an old one I haven't used for a while, and the rubber around the keypad has
gotten very sticky. Careful use of a damp sponge did not do the trick.

Thanks.

Tracy
