[Electronics-Talk] Unable to Complete Lyft Ride Requests Using Siri

Hi, Peter:
I haven't used Lyft in quite some time now--due to a 28-day fare special I
have with Uber.
But I'm having an issue with Uber. It's not allowing me to send a text
message to the driver to inform them I'm blind.
You think Lyft's tech support is bad. So is Uber's.
I'm running IOS 11.03 on my i5s, and I've un-installed and re-installed the
Uber app to no avail.
But what makes things worse is that the Uber driver can send me a text and I
can reply! Crazy!
Apple says they don't deal with third-party entities. So they weren't of
any help. I was told to do what I had already done. with the app.
So the beat goes on and I continue to deal with the frustration.
Hope you get your issue resolved.

Vince
