[Electronics-Talk] New Way to Use Uber and Lyft Without a Smartphone

If disclosure failures get uber into legal trouble as a result of 
another passenger's allergy attack I expect Uber will make it a hard 
requirement in its terms of service and get support from our legal 
system.
