[Electronics-Talk] room air conditioners

My suggestion is if you're thinking of installing Room Air conditioners I really suggest you look into Mini-Splits. If you know someone who is extremely mechanically inclined there is 1 DIY Mini-Split out there called Mr. Cool DIY. If you want the professional route there are many systems out there from single head to multi head units.

The reason I bring up Mini-Splits are that they're really good air conditioners and they also are very reliable heatpumps so can provide heat too.

The other reason is that many of them have Smart Phone access so you can control them thru a smart phone. No, I have not checked into which ones apps are accessbile. But I do know some of them can be connected into smart home tech like Echo.

Thanks,
