As previously mentioned, it really does depend on how you're going to use your iPad. And iPad that's only Wi-Fi is to be used at home or somewhere with good Wi-Fi connection. But on the other hand, Wi-Fi plus cellular if you win on the girl in the car somewhere without Internet.
