[Electronics-Talk] Talking blood pressure monitors

A couple years ago, I bought a talking blood pressure monitor from Amazon.
It fits over the wrist, not the upper arm, and is not at all accurate.

I see the Blind Mice advertising a talking monitor that goes on the upper
arm.  Are those more accurate than the wrist kind?  Does anyone have a
talking monitor they think is accurate and easy to use?
