Does it have a DVR, and how well does that work?  By DVR, I mean the ability
to record a program, and find it to watch later.

Dear all,
I currently own one of those boxes. They do work pretty well. You will need
a sighted person to go to settings, system ,  accessibility and to turn
speech on press on text to speech. Once this is on, it will read to you
menus as well as the channel you are on as well as what is on that channel
and when it starts and ends. If anyone has anymore questions, please feel
free to email me off list as I don't look at all messages from this list.

I am told that they have a talking box.  The building on 23rd Street I am
moving into just got fios.  I'm told the talking box is pretty good. 
Somebody else would have to give you more details, since I don't have it,

Does anyone have Verizon FIOS for TV?  Do they have any kind of
accessibility solution, and how well does it work?

They were around today, with their sales pitch, and I'm not thrilled with my
cable company's approach to accessibility, though I didn't think to ask the
salesguy.
