[Electronics-Talk] Braille watch alternatives

HI To you all. My apologies for the late reply.

Tracy, there are two balls in two separate tracks. The ball that shows the minutes is where the glass of a regular watch would be. There are markings around it to denote the minutes. The ball that shows the hours runs on a track that is on the side of the timepiece. And the same markings used to tell the minutes, are used to tell the hours.

I am sure that if you try hard enough, the bearings can fall off, but I have not have any issues since I got the timepiece.

The balls do move around if you shake your hand really hard. However, they go back into place when you move your hand again anyway.

I do find that the bearing on the watch face used for the minutes is harder to dislodge from its place than the one for the hours. However, it looks like the ball bearing for the minutes receives a stronger magnetic field then the one for the hours.

I hope that helps

Regards
Santi
