[Electronics-Talk] Skype hardware phones?

I am perfectly 100% aware of the fact that there are apps for
smartphones which can be utilized for using Skype, most all of which are
completely accessible, however, what I'm actually seeking is some sort
of an accessible, or at least fairly accessible device which is a
regular telephone, preferably cordless, which would allow me to
integrade somehow not only my regular land line service, but also would
let me use Skype both for incoming and outgoing calls with it as well.

I get that scrolling through my contacts might not be totally
accessible, though I'd hope maybe there would be some sort of an
accessible work-around, like setting up speed dials or something.

Also, even if not Skype enabled, what do you all recommend for good
cordless phones with talking caller ID. I know Panisonic makes quite a
few, but I don't really care for them as all it speaks is the name, not
the number. I'd much rather here  the incoming number, than hear the
name. Plus, I'd want something which would work with Call Waiting. I
know Classco used to make some really nice units, but those haven't been
made in quite some time.

Suggestions on either account?

Chris.
