[Electronics-Talk] Accessible MP3 Player

I'm not familiar with the MP3 player being discussed here, but I had a
tiny unit from Creative Labs that had no display and only buttons. I
remember you could also skip from folder to folder, so if you had your
music organized by albums or even artist and then albums, you could skip
around fairly quickly. Obviously, once you get to tens of thousands of
songs this won't be efficient, but it's the exact same interface a
sighted person would have, so I would say this makes it accessible. I
also remember the iPod Shuffle, which also had no display. None of these
MP3 players were marketed to the blind, and as I said above, since we
had the exact same interface any sighted person would have used then I
think it does make it accessible although maybe not efficient for a
blind or a sighted user.
