I'm going to guess probably not. It appears to be running a watered down
version of Android, without any ability to add apps. I don't see anything
that mentions if it has Bluetooth or not, but even if it does it would also
need to include TalkBack as one of the few apps they left on the device.
Furthermore, even if it is accessible this type of device sadly doesn't
usually make it to foregn markets, so good luck picking one up outside of
Japan.
