Uninterruptible power supplies come with warranties.  These warranties
explain your recourse if the uninterruptible power supply fails and your
equipment takes damage.  Some of them will replace your equipment at
their cost, so that's one warranty worth reading and storing along with
contact addresses and phone numbers on those warranties.  Very likely
you'll need to register your supply and that will need some sighted
assistance and use of the post office to get your registration returned
to the company.
