Sounds very efficient! I won't even tell you what happened to my phone file
I kept on my Apex on the SD card. Yes I will! It's gone. Missing about
the last six months of numbers since that is when I last backed it up.

I keep addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses in braille on 3 by 5
cards in an indexed card file box. That way, if I no longer need an address
because the person has moved or otherwise, I can just pull it out or replace
it with an updated one. Sometimes I need two cards. I really should expand
to larger cards. One of these days. I have larger file boxes, just need to
get the cards and indexed dividers.
On the computer, I use an excel spread sheet or a word document. The word
document is for use when I find some information in an email list or
elsewhere, then I can copy and paste it into the word document in a list and
periodically I will transfer them to the excel spread sheet and/or put them
in braille.
Hugs,
Annely

Hi,
I have two questions:
1:What is the best simple system for keeping phone numbers and addresses
offline? I used to have a braille rollodex but that was not portable.
2:What is the best simple system for keeping phone numbers and addresses on
the computer? I have contacts on my iPhone but they're a mess because of the
Cloud.
Thanks,
Lauren
Consider the flowers of a garden: though differing in kind, color, form
and shape, yet, inasmuch as they are refreshed by the waters of one spring,
revived by the breath of one wind, invigorated by the rays of one sun, this
diversity increaseth their charm, and addeth unto their beauty. ....
