I have an Moto G7  with Android Pie on it.
We can't keep paying nose bleed prices on my retirement income and this
phone unlocked on amazon cost about $340.00 and maybe a little more.

To get yourself on a good android list:
antad+subscribe at googlegroups.com
should do it.  Apps free for a limited time get advertised on that list
and you can open the play url and install the app if you want it.
