As an Apple developer, and also a certified Apple trainer both from an 
accessibility, and a non-accessibility standpoint, I can tell you beyond 
a doubt, I've heard nothing whatsoever about Apple coming up with a 
tactile screen. Trust me. If they were, I would have definitely, given 
my field, have heard of it by now.
