Hi Ashley:

I'll let the others on the list answer app-specific questions as I have 
transferred the majority of my radio listening to my Echo devices. It will 
let you listen to both TuneIn and iHeart stations for free. Most of the 
time, asking for the station's call letters will work. I like a site 
called Radio Locator to find stations in different cities. The link is:
