hi all, I bought a gas range about 8 years ago, and there is a touch screen
for controlling the oven. I labeled the buttons for start-stop, bake, broil
and self-clean. The oven also has features such as setting the oven to
start at a particular time and so forth, but I've never had a problem using
mine since it is marked It defaults to 350 degrees, and I can raise and
lower the temperature with no problem as the oven beeps at each five degree
increment. Hope this helps.
