Obviously there's something to this, but the problem is that we're 
talking about too many jobs and not just about so called menial labor 
jobs. This isn't like a few decades ago when manufacturing jobs were 
being lost to automation and those workers could be retrained and placed 
into other more rewarding jobs. The jobs being lost now due to AI are 
those same jobs that people were moving into a few decades ago and 
customer service roles which always seemed safe from automation. Here's

Of course there are other articles that claim for every job AI replaces 
another job working in AI will be created, but I scratch my head over
