Also, I'd be wary of refurbished computers.  I got one given to me and it was truly worth the price I paid for it.  It was originally a windows 7, upgraded to 10 the hard drive was on its last legs to the point that when I got a SSD put into it the tech said the drive was unusable, a second opinion got the same answer.  The info on it could not even be recovered.  Naturally I had a back up.
