sticking it in the small dish with something else was good. That was a good
idea. Tracy, We were wondering which iPhone you have because Wayne was
thinking about making a stand, he would have to know the thickness of your
phone, and or the thickness if you have your phone in a case. If it was
about the thickness of our se phones, then he could make a stand real
easily. I have information about 2 iPhone stands posted on one of the iPhone
lists, both stands come highly recomended. This first stand comes very
highly recomended by 2 of the members of the list. It's the Fopydo scanning
stand for the blind, Here's the information about the stand and ordering
link. The second link is for instructions in using the stand, to get an idea
what it's like to use it.

Please use the link below to order the stand using PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you will have an option to pay using a
credit
card.

The stand is sold at cost ($12) and will be shipped using Free Matter for
the Blind
shipping. If you are not blind or visually impaired, you are not eligible
for this method of shipping - if this is the case use the general contact
form on
https://www.wardega.com
 for inquiries.
Please follow the link below to read the instructions for using the stand.

Here's a message from another member telling about a stand he uses. This
individual is very knowledgible, so this is probably another good stand
which is sold at best buy:
Yes, Be My Eyes uses the rear camera and if you need both hands and use the
app a
fair bit a much better solution is to invest in a small tripod like this
one:
Joby GripTight GorillaPod Stand PRO for iPhone
Keep in mind that this link is to the Best Buy Canada website, but this item
is available
from Best Buy in the States, from Amazon and even from Apple Stores. There
are probably
cheaper tripods and holders out there, but this one really is great with it's
bendy
little legs and since it's a universal holder it is not something that would
no longer
work if you ever bought a different phone, e.g. if you now had a regular
size phone
and you get a lus-size phone later.
Regards,
Sieghard
