Is this a real five minutes or what I call a game five minutes?
What if say, you are looking for something in your pantry, but the pantry light is off, will the agent tell you to turn the light on, or in my husband’s words “play dumb” so you have to call back and pay?

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Changes to AIRA 5-minute offer

AIRA is changing its free 5 minutes offer. They were losing money on it.
I've pasted the relevant bit from the newsletter below my signature.
