Tom, simplicity describes consumer cellular so well in so many ways. There's 
nothing like calling the customer  service that you can talk to so easily, 
and so far we've had good experiences, times when we needed to call customer 
service. The automated system is layed out and organized so well that it's 
in what I think of as done in such a simplistic way, it's like nothing was 
left out in organizing the options.
