Well, I have fios, and the guy bearly got the box talking.  I had to tell 
him he had to turn on the speech, and he said "What speech?  This box 
doesn't talk.  I told him it better, otherwise, he could take it back.  He 
ended up calling in to find out how to do it.  No, I never use my voice.  I 
use the buttons.  I don't remember how many buttons he showed me; not very 
many.  Pam.
