[Electronics-Talk] TV

I know this list has been talking about accessible TV boxes, & it's possible
that this is not the right list, but I hope someone can answer my question.
I'm using the Specrum ap on my computer because I have no room for a TV or
box. How can I stop the continuous buffering that it does? Is there
something in the settings that can stop this?
