[Electronics-Talk] verizon fios text to speech broken until further notice

Anyone turning this setting on will notice a message at the bottom of the
screen if they or their help looks stating program information not
available.  That program information was the speech that went out over
text to speech.
The other problem with verizon fios text to speech is it's buried deeply
in the submenus and requires several key presses to even get to
accessibility and text to speech on the verizon fios remotes.  Next time
me and help go through this, I'll write all necessary key presses down and
share them with this list for any future verizon fios users.  Now I know
why this never got documented in a way accessibility users could handle.
