We have a Black and Decker coffee maker. It's pretty basic and very accessible. I'd suggest stopping by a Best Buy or a Target, I'm not really sure who sells coffee makers, and checking out the different options. I think you'll find most of them will be accessible.
The suggestion to use a French press is a good one, and I use one myself when making cold brew, but a blind person might want a coffee maker for the same reason a sighted person wants to use a coffee maker instead of a French press. Convenience is the first thing that comes to mind.
