Best advice I can give is to purchase either the Uniden BCD436HP or the
BCD536HP.  I have both, and everything is done through the software really.

Hello. I'm interested in buying a good police scanner. I realize that most
of these devices don't offer much in the way of accessibility but I'd like
to find one that's easy to use and, ideally, with documentation that I can
access online to learn about the device as much as possible.
