Drew, love the George foreman and it basically lives about 5 to 7 years. If I get another one was going to spend a couple extra dollars to get a little bigger and looks like a little more quality and more important it has a hinge that raises up to where than it more evenly Cooks when the top is lowered. It just fits better. Don’t know if I’m going another direction to look at the air fryers though. Easily, if I was going to stay with the George Foreman I would just spend a few dollars and get the next one up

It's just a personal thing, but I really like having the Foreman set to a certain time itself as it turns off when it is done in case I am not right there. In terms of timers, I use my iphone timer for everything so that's not an issue. Thanks for the info.

> I have a very basic, small Forman grill that has no buttons or switches of any kind. You simply plug it in to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. But I found a simple way to keep it plugged in all the time. I have it plugged in to one of those plug adapters with a rocker style on/off switch so that I can keep it plugged in all the time and just flip the switch to turn it on and flip it again to turn it off. You can find these adapters at hardware and dollar stores or on Amazon. I use a talking countdown timer to keep track of the cooking time. They are widely available from the usual blindness products merchants for about $15. Presto. Totally accessible.
