I have a Bluetooth speaker I bought at Amazon that I really like.  
Tribit XSound Go Bluetooth Speakers - 12W Portable Speaker Loud Stereo
Sound, Rich Bass, IPX7 Waterproof, 24 Hour Playtime, 66 ft Bluetooth Range
Is the long name Amazon gives it.  It was $36.99.
It's one speaker about 8 inches long.  All 4 buttons are easy to feel.  The
on/off button and the Bluetooth button make sounds when they're pressed, and
it says "low battery" when it's running low.  It's not advertised as
accessible, but it really is, which is refreshing. I don't know if other
Tribit models are the same that way; I only know the one I got.

Rob, and anyone else needing new speakers, you can purchase inexpensive 
bluetooth speakers at walmart for $40, logitech speakers. You can control 
the volume and these speakers ound really good.
