Thanks for the ininformation. I have Frontier service just the internet. I
understand you can still get some of the Frontier channels without a TV
package. However, the Frontier site has some issues, mainly, that when you
sign up or sign in, there is a captia without an audio challenge. With
Spectrum, you can get TV channels but you have to have a TV package.
Spectrum is really accessible.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Best Cable TV Replacement Service That Works
With Assistive Technology
Good afternoon everyone,
We're finding that most of our television watching is done via the
Internet. Our cable service is fast becoming an unnecessary drain on the
budget and we watch very few channels. I've been looking at various cable tv
replacement services. Other than finding the one that gives us all of the
channels we watch such as all local channels, PBS, the Discovery family of
channels, National Geographic, Smithsonian, and others we want to know which
of these services works best with assistive technology.
We ourselves use JAWS For Windows on our desktops, Google Assistant
on our Sony TV, Voiceover on our Apple Devices and Narrator on our Xbox. We
want to hear which cable tv replacement services work the best with these
assistive solution. We'll look forward to receiving your feedback. Right now
our choices are between Fubo TV, You Tube TV, and Sling TV. Accessibility
issues aside it will come down to which of these services has all of our
favorite channels. All the best.
Peter Donahue
