[Electronics-Talk] accessible reading using EPub format

Technically, ePub is html, so it can be read. Most people use an ePub 
reader program. Most, but not all are accessible,
There are many epub readers, google should find you some, the site 
epubtest.org has accessibility tests for many readers.

Microsoft Edge used to read them, but they dropped that for some 
reason.  The Stream will probably read them.
