[Electronics-Talk] getting accessible simple phone used on Verizon Wireless

Hi, Ashley, The lg classic phone is used on straight talk and total 
wireless. In my message back in june I may have mentioned that I discovered 
that  total wireless uses verizon's lines in providing their service since 
one time I made a mistake in dialing and I heard that voice message from 
verizon letting you know the call can't be completed. There's 2 things I 
don't know yet and that is since from what we've heard before lg was going 
to end making phones at the end of 2021, so I don't know if they've already 
discontinued producing phones. The other thing is if you could use a total 
wireless lg classic on verizon, if they would allow the use of the lg 
classic. I'm going to make some phone calls to see what I can find out about 
all this. One of the main places where the lg classic phones were sold and 
hopefully still are is at walmart, which I'll find out. I can make a audio 
file about the phone so you can hear the voice which is a pleasant female 
voice. I'll write again soon when I find out more. Also when I talk to 
verizon I'm going to ask them if there are any new flip phones. You probably 
know but I thought I would mention it, but that is that the lg classic is a 
4g phone. u.s. cellular uses the lg classic model phone, though u.s. 
cellular calls it the wine 2, so I'm going to find out if u.s. cellular is 
still selling the wine 2, considering the unfortunate news about lg no 
longer doing phones. It's sad because they've done so well with the flip 
phones. On my verizon account I have the exalt 2 I think it's numbered, of 
which the lg exalt model came out in about 2016, but it's so much like the 
lg classic. Going by the voice, the phone doesn't do to well with going on 
the internet, though since you have some vision you might be able to 
navigate it from the screen. Possibly lg could have done a bit better with 
that aspect, but there's probably some tech reasons why. The flip phone that 
does pretty well with going on the internet is the kyosera cadence phone, 
which is a verizon flip phone that has a female voice and isn't as good as 
the exalt and lg classic. and believe it or not, the gusto 3 did pretty good 
with the internet. Anyway, sorry I made this so long, but when I find out 
more, I'll let you and everyone else know what we find out.
