Kathy, a few thoughts and some phone numbers. May be best to keep her where she’s familiar with the iPhone and believe the newer iPhones have facial recognition to sign in. Verizon sells iPhones and talking flip phones and they’re disabled tech line is only open eight hours since people only have a disability eight hours a day 888-262-1999 and maybe hit or miss oh and also only Monday to Friday. The next used to be super perfect grade and haven’t called in a year but the Apple disabled tech is 877-204-3930. As they say, Hope that helps Tom
