[Electronics-Talk] Apple iPhone SE 2nd Gen Siri issue

My wife has a 2nd gen iPhone SE with the lates iOS as of a couple days ago. She's noticed issues with both the on-screen keyboard and siri. I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced these same issues.

For Siri she asks siri a question like call mom or open iheart but instead of doing the action is brings up the caller info or info on the heart. It appears it doesn't want to take actions but rather give info! She has limited site so while I was at work I had her test a theory, I had her turn voiceover off, activate siri, ask to do a action like open iheart, turn voiceover on, and iheart actually opened. but with voiceover on it will not perform the actions. She's tried this with phone calls to and it works.

For the keyboard she did a similar test. In some apps the keyboard area starts dinging instead of typing, as I said before she knows the keyboard is on screen and targeting it because she makes out the visual pattern even though she can't read the letters. Again, I had her turn off voiceover and tap the keyboard and turn voiceover on and it showed the letters typed while off.

There appears to be glitches where Voiceover itself is stopping things from working. What's others takes on this. I haven't had her check for another update yet to see if that fixes it.
