[Electronics-Talk] Apple iPhone SE 2nd Gen Siri issue

When the recent iPhone came out I noticed that they quit supporting older iPhones such as my beautiful iPhone 7 Plus, no judgment here. I got the most recent and possibly final update other than maybe future security updates. I do a lot of spoken mathematical calculations and I’ve had to learn to say them a different way and a few other non-responses from Siri. I promise to get to the store and buy new when I can apple. Just some thoughts Tom

It appears it doesn't want to take actions but rather give info! She has limited site so while I was at work I had her test a theory, I had her turn voiceover off, activate siri, ask to do a action like open iheart, turn voiceover on, and iheart actually opened. but with voiceover on it will not perform the actions. She's tried this with phone calls to and it works.

In some apps the keyboard area starts dinging instead of typing, as I said before she knows the keyboard is on screen and targeting it because she makes out the visual pattern even though she can't read the letters. Again, I had her turn off voiceover and tap the keyboard and turn voiceover on and it showed the letters typed while off.
