On the Victor group, they do have a tech on there from Human wear, so they are aware of glitches and snags, Audible being one of them and not arranging books in alphabetical order as has been mentioned, neither problem has been resolved.  According to the tech he said the major problem of Audible books not being able to be played on the 3, is because Audible is dragging their feet.  No alphabetical order for books?  Who knows.
