[Electronics-Talk] Amazon disability and 2-factor authentication

We're even more confused now, because, when my husband signed in to Amazon
today to get his return label, Amazon called him back, which is what
2-factor authentication does. We thought he disabled it yesterday, and
that's why someone could finally help him. Who the heck knows? I sure
don't.

I try not to call Amazon for problems because they send you a link to verify
yourself and often you can't click on the link they send. I don't know the
ins and outs of it all just muse why they can't do like Apple does, send a
link to your phone and you just click on the accept button. Then of course
the fun begins trying to find the "agree" button on your iPhone. Sometimes
it is exactly where it should be however, often it is not.
