Guess you didn't, or they didn't disable that function for you.  LOL.  Reminds me of the prompt if you don't want to stay on hold any longer you can get the company to call you back.  Not that bad except in one incident I didn't get a call till the next day.  Then there was the real humorous thing that happened years ago, I called a business to find out if they had a certain product, my sister drove us there and even after arriving at the place, I was still on hold waiting for someone to answer the call.  OH, yes, I was using my iPhone.  .
