I had a weird situation where mine quit typing dots three and six. I was going to send it in and I called LoganTech and set up a invoice and all that kind of fun stuff and then the next thing I know it works fine. I’ve not had any issues with it since. My suggestion would be to call them and see what they say. They may tell you to send it in but Who knows why they get these Corky deals going on. When they work, they really work well

Please excuse me if this is not relevant for this list. I have a
6 dot Braille label maker that I bought several years ago. It worked fine at
first and then started having problems almost all the time. If I let it rest
for a long time, like several days, it will produce a few good labels, and
then invariably start having problems-I think something with the tape-where
it runs cells together, sometimes even two or three at a time. Has anyone
else experienced this, and, if so, is there a good solution? I have tried
changing the batteries, just for good measure, but nothing helps.
