Well, I want to add to what you just said, Ashley, now we'll talk about 
inkjet lazer printers. They are easy to use and you can buy them everywhere. 
When it comes to different access solutions sometimes devices are a little 
more difficult to operate. If you have a printer like Ashley has with the 
buttons that are close together and would be nearly impossible to label, 
then with a little assistance you can make a very accurate braille chart of 
the button layout and what each button does. Then if you, for any reason, 
don't know, forgot, etc. then just have a look at your accurate chart which 
will be your button layout, then  you can very carefully locate that button 
and use the printer like anyone that is sighted can do.
As far as the ink color cartridges, well, they are easy to change out. You 
must learn about each cartridge, it's color and the slot it goes in. Well 
you can tell by this message that we use to have inkjet color printers, and 
there's a couple of reasons why we don't have them now. If you don't do a 
lot of color printing, and oftentimes you may forget to turn the printer off 
when you're finished. Well 2 things were happening for us, 1 was the amount 
of color printing we were doing was more expensive than having the prints 
done by an office business such as office depot. 2, the other thing is if 
you forgot to turn it off your color ink will dry up quick. So it became 
less expensive to higher a color print done verses an  by inkjet cartridges. 
This could have been our luck, but our inkjet printers broke down often. I 
on't know one brand against another brand, ours were all hp inkjets. just a

best buy
office max
target
walmart
amazon, note, however amazon will not teach you hhow  to identify or how to 
change your color ink cartridges. but from experience we know office depot 
will. Just foodd for thought, amazon may be the cheapist, but sometimes 
with the extra money spent with a local business could be worth it. that'as 
just a few places but there are many more including local stores in your 
area.
