[Electronics-Talk] accessible podcast programs for the computer?

I'm actually trying to find a few things, but I'll start with this. I'd like to get in to podcasting. It would be good for my writing career, for one thing, and I have ideas about other things I'd like to do with a podcast. I've asked around but never gotten an answer about accessible podcasting apps for windows, or places to learn about how to do it. I'll need to get a web cam too, I imagine. Can anyone give me ideas about programs? Thanks.
