Seriously? No, I don't think there are any smart electric stoves on the
market that can connect with a smart speaker or otherwise have built-in
speech output to announce the temperature settings of the stovetop
burners. If using an electric stove with flattop burners is difficult
for you, you could buy an inexpensive, two burner electric hot plate
which has coil burners and simple rotary knobs to set the temperature.
They cost about $30 on Amazon.
