Hello Ashley,
You can try using baking silicone matts and ask a sighted friend to cut out tactile markings for your burners. For example, you could place the corner of the matt on the corners of the stove and use the edge of the stove to line up your matt. Then when the matts are in place, you could use them as tactile guides to show you where the burner starts. I wouldn't put the matts right on the burners, but if you have them near them, it is fine because they are meant to handle heat and I have used this with my clients. I don't have a flat top stove so I don't use them, but have helped my clients with this. I hope this makes sense and can help.
