His method over the years is throw anything against the wall and hope it sticks or hope someone bites. I've yet to see anything from him on any group that is on topic.

I run a group he has been placed on moderated status in my Phones for the blind group.  If it continues he could be removed.

This is the third group in the last 3 days you've posted this message too.  On all so far, the subject is off topic.  How about this subject or, query , starting a petition to get Marvin moderated or banned.  Oh, BTW, there is nothing in this group that I can see/hear to send a message to the owner of this group to express my concerns, so must make this a public post.  .
