Hello all,

This might be slightly off topic but it does involve technology and using
either a desktop interface on the internet or mobile app.

There are many free online courses out there which are typically accessed
via a public library card.

Has anyone had success taking them with either a pc desktop interface or the
mobile app with a screen reader?

What was it like?

Is Universal class courses accessible to screen readers?

Anyone know if the Gale courses are accessible? I've had good success using
Gale databases and they seem more accessible than Ebsco databases so I would
think their courses are accessible too.

Any experience with the database called Learning Express Library?

This is a database for academic practice tests and tutorials such as the SAT
and AP exams as well as professional licensing practice tests and tutorials;
it also has videos about various occupations.

How about the database and interactive tool called Brain Fuse Job Now? This
is a resource about current jobs such as what they are like as well as live
interactive help by helping you with a resume and interview practice.

If this is accessible I'd like to suggest it to some blind job seekers.

Thanks,

Ashley
